It breaks our hearts to announce the sudden passing of Danny Lee Romans of Clinton, MO on December 2, 2025 at Boone Health in Columbia, MO. Dan was born June 14, 1968 to Mary (Harper) Romans and Jesse Romans in Independence, KS. He lived in Longton, KS as a small child before moving to Osceola, MO in 6th grade. He graduated from Osceola High School in 1986. He loved reminiscing about all the adventures he had growing up on Truman Lake with his brother and all their friends.
Dan remained in the Osceola/Roscoe area while raising his children Bryce and Taylor. His passion for fishing led to his career around boats. He worked for many years for Tracker and Truman Lake Fiberglass. He later moved to Warsaw, MO where he worked for Pro’s Choice Marine doing fiberglass repair.
Dan was preceded in death by his Maternal grandparents Freda and Hugh Harper; Paternal grandparents Art and Betty Romans; and his (step) dad Bill Osburn. Dan is survived by his loving wife Amy of Clinton; his mother Mary Osburn (David Taylor) of Bolivar, MO; Children-Bryce (Rachel) Romans of Lynnwood, WA and Taylor Romans of Springfield, MO; Kyleigh (Malacki) Ehlers of Overland Park, KS; Brother-Jack Romans (Gail Dempsey) of Greensboro, NC; his father Jesse Romans of West Plains, MO; and the two lights of his life, granddaughters Addie and Sage Romans of Lynnwood, WA.
There will be a Celebration of Life to be announced at a later date.
