The City of Osceola will hold a public hearing regarding the sewer bond (which is on the Feb. 4 ballot) at the Osceola Baptist Church on Jan. 16, beginning at 5:30 p.m. Those interested in learning about the bond, as well as ask questions, are encouraged to attend.
