It truly does take a village to make the St. Clair County Foster Children Angel Tree program possible each year. From the sponsoring of gifts, monetary donations, and gift wrapping supplies; our community is always up to the task. The Friends of the St. Clair County Library, including Jan Sheldon Fern Phillips, assisted with the wrapping Angel Tree presents at the Main Library in Osceola on Monday, Dec. 16.
"Thank you to our community for making this year’s program another huge success! Because of your generosity, all of the Angel Tree children were fully sponsored."
