William (Bill) Harper was born January 2, 1960 and passed away on August 13, 2025. He was 65 years, 7 months, and 11 days young.
After a long battle with cancer, God has called Bill home. He is preceded in death by his father; George Harper, bonus daughter; Ashley, and his dog Smokey. His request is cremation.
